The platinum bezel of the timepiece is studded with 36 orange stepped-cut gemstones, infusing the new model with a captivating and passionate charm. These gemstones, meticulously arranged by AET REMOULD's skilled artisans, radiate a brilliant and warm luminosity. With their long-standing heritage in the art of gemstone setting, each gem is precisely positioned and securely embellished within the timepiece.
Gemstone setting is a meticulous and intricate craft where each gemstone's size, thickness, cutting angle and other factors must strictly adhere to design standards. Even the slightest difference in dimensions can result in setting errors. AET REMOULD craftsmen rely on their exceptional skills and extensive experience to perform precise operations within a range of mere micrometers.
The orange gemstone resembles the dazzling radiance of a sunset, capturing the essence of nature and emanating a vibrant visual allure. The color scheme of the dial harmonizes with the orange gemstone, collectively creating a captivating and fashionable experience. Enhanced by the white ceramic casing, it exudes exquisite brilliance.
Through the firing process at high pressures of 2000 bar and temperatures exceeding 1500°C, AET REMOULD enhances the hardness of its ceramic material. The result is a smooth and polished texture akin to jade, with characteristics such as high hardness, lightweight, scratch resistance, oxidation resistance, and corrosion resistance. Moreover, it is less likely to cause skin allergies or irritation, providing a comfortable wearing experience.

We have specifically customized diamond cutting tools and advanced six-axis CNC machinery to overcome the technical challenges associated with the hardness and susceptibility to cracking of ceramics. Furthermore, our self-developed special plasma process enables technicians to refine ceramic components to a purer form with greater precision.
